The Space:
In Toulouse, near the Jolimont & Argoulets metro stations, and just steps from the Cité de l'Espace (Space City), discover this accommodation designed for your family stay :)
Stay like you're at home! Our accommodation isn't a hotel, but rather a charming apartment designed to offer you a wonderful experience:
- Ideally located near the Cité de l'Espace, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a 1960s family building, which hasn't been renovated, and overlooks a courtyard. Parking is currently free on the street.
- A living area with a sofa bed (linens provided upon request, at least 24 hours before arrival, for an additional €12), HD television, and a coffee table.
- A dining room equipped for 6 people, ideal for family meals, opening onto a pleasant southeast-facing balcony.
- Two beautiful, bright bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed (140x190cm), bedside tables, and wardrobes/closets.
- A kitchen equipped with the essentials: refrigerator-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, Dolce Guesto coffee maker (coffee and tea not provided), cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and some storage.
- Separate WC (toilet paper not provided).
The apartment has been partially renovated and is regularly maintained and professionally cleaned/disinfected. However, please note some visible defects: some crumbling grout, worn or missing baseboards, damaged thresholds, and indelible product/limescale stains on the shower column. These defects will not detract from the quality of your stay, but they must be reported and do not entitle you to compensation.
Guest Access:
Welcome to L'Ariane! As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay for your family. This includes two cozy bedrooms, perfect for a good night's sleep, and a shared living space where you can relax and spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and city views. You'll also have access to the dining room for family meals. Plus, you'll benefit from free parking, both on the premises and on the street, making your stay even more convenient.
Interaction with Guests:
Nous sommes disponible pour nos Voyageurs tous les jours, de 10h à 19h (nous ne sommes pas joignable entre 19h et 10h, car nous aussi, nous aimons nous reposer un peu).
Nous faisons toujours notre mieux pour vous satisfaire, et si parfois (rarement !), il nous arrive de ne pas être au niveau de vos attentes, nous serons ravis de vous écouter et apprendre :)
Pour préparer au mieux votre séjour, il vous sera demandé de compléter un enregistrement en ligne (via une plateforme de notre choix) : seules les informations essentielles sont collectées en parfaite conformité avec les règles du RGPD. Nous vous demanderons notamment vos pièces d'identité, la signature du contrat de location (ceci en raison de l'obligation légale en France de disposer de Fiche de Police et d'un Contrat écrit) et l'empreinte de dépôt de garantie par carte bancaire exlusivement (montant confirmé dans conditions et sous l'onglet de paiement). Cette étape est nécéssaire, sans quoi, vous n'aurez pas accès aux instructions essentielles pour votre séjour. Merci :)

The nearest metro station is a short walk away, offering quick access to the city center and major attractions. For those arriving by plane, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) is conveniently accessible via public transport or a taxi ride. If you're driving, you'll find free parking available on the premises and on the street, so you can park your car without any worries and enjoy your stay. This makes our apartment a great base for your family adventures!

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
